Cancellation Policy

For any cancellation or night reduction until August 1st 2009, full refund will apply less Euro. 30,00 for administration fees.
For any cancellation or night reduction from August 2nd 2009 until December 31st 2009, 50% cancellation fees will apply on the total cost of the booking. Cancellation fees include the administration fees.
For any cancellation or night reduction from January 1st 2010 until February 14th 2010, 75% cancellation fees will apply on the total cost of the booking. Cancellation fees include the administration fees.

For any cancellation or non shown or night reduction from February 15th and onwards, 100% cancellation fees will apply. Cancellation fees include the administration fees.
